The Company...

Lets Get Fixed (DIYAL Limited) are a Property Maintenance & Management Company. The Managing Director is Richard Barker, or Freddy as you may know him.

We operate in the following postcodes:- CR, GU, KT, RH, SM, SW, TW

We have been vetted and approved by Surrey Trading Standards Authority.

Our services, offered directly to the Landlord, range from office based administration to onsite maintenance including the use of fully qualified electrical and plumbing contractors, some of whom are members of the rugby club.

The Deal...

For every successful lead generated by you the member, we will give you £30 cash…. and the Club as well. By successful lead, we mean the subsequent purchase of a contract by the nominated landlord of more than 6 months duration and seen through to expiry.

There are no limits to the number of leads any individual or the club can earn from, but the following conditions apply…
 

 • 

Landlords who are members who register themselves will receive the £30 and cannot be referred by another member.
 

 • 

Landlords who are not members can be registered only once with the payout to the individual made to the first member making the referral.
 

 • 

Any payment to the individual member or club will be deferred for a period of 6 months from the start date of the contract to which it relates.
 

 •  Before disclosing the Landlord's details requested below you must obtain their permission to do so before completing the enquiry form.
